Our Story.  Families About Town is the baby of a local, Baltimore/Annapolis parent like you, who never had enough hours in the day to scour through hundreds of scattered family listings to find the right activity on the right day at the right time in the right place... you know the drill. 

What I really wanted was to click a button and instantly have a list of events that cater to my kids' ages, the areas I'm willing to drive for a day's outing, the amount of money that's in my wallet, and the kind of adventures that sound like fun on any given rainy/sunny/cold/hot day.  I wanted to know that I had the most complete list of local activities anywhere available to me.  And I wanted to be able to take that information and instantly add it to my own calendar, email it, or text it to myself or friends for information on the go.  Not just one clunky event at a time, but all at once.  Not on someone else's calendar, but integrated in one place with everything else I juggle on my own calendar.  I want it all.  Don't you?
